Salvation - Christian Salvation

Salvation is being set free from an unpleasant condition.
Christian Salvation is being set free from eternal death.

Salvation is God's free gift for all of us. Jesus has made salvation reachable like rain, sun light or water freely accessible for all who need it. Because the Living God our Creator Loves each one of us with His unconditional love.
People frequently ask "How to be saved?" or "what are the steps to be saved?" its easy & essential to be saved, here are the simple steps to be saved.

Three basic steps for Salvation

Step - 1 -   Repentance - We have all sinned.

Haven't we ever said a lie or dint we ever harm someone in anger. Yes we have all sinned in one way or the other. Bible(KJV) says in Romans 5:19 "For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous." So the Bibles states that we all are sinners from Birth.
How are we all sinners by birth?
God created Adam the first man who disobeyed God by eating the God forbidden fruit. So all who are born of him are all sinners by birth.
Bible(KJV):
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"

Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

So we all have sinned & deserve to be condemned to death.

Step – 2 - Know who is Jesus Christ?
Father God the Creator loves us so much that He willingly sacrificed His Only Son sinless Jesus Christ as a substitute for our sins.
       How is Jesus sinless?
Unlike us Jesus was conceived in a virgin through the power of the Living God who created us & give us life, hence Jesus was born sinless (not from the sinful seed of a man) & Jesus also lived a sinless life died on the cross for the sins of mankind and arose again on the third day.

Bible:
1 John 4:9-10
This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Jesus (Son of God) came to this world as a sinless sacrifice and died on the cross for our wrongdoings and arose again on the third day. He is alive today you can talk to him and he will talk with you as a Loving Father.

Step –3 - SalvationReceive Jesus as your savior.
Bible:
Romans 10:13
For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
John 14:6
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

   Now we are clear that
step1. We have all sinned hence deserve to be punished
step2. We believe that sinless Jesus is the only Son of the Living God who came to earth as a living sacrifice and died on the cross for all our sins & arose again on the third day from the dead.
step3. Now to be saved just repeat this prayer sincerely.

"Dear Father in Heaven, I believe that Jesus is the Son of the Living God who came to this world as a sacrifice for all my wrongdoings. I accept you as my savior and request you to forgive all my sins and take charge of me from now on forever. In Jesus name I pray, Amen."     Amen means "So be it".

That’s it. If you prayed that prayer sincerely then as per the word of God The Bible you are saved.

Bible (KJV) teaches us in 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
Now that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your savior, you are in Christ and you are a new creation and all old things are passed away i.e. all the sins you have done till now are all forgiven by God, hence sin no more.       The Loving Father will lead you through and will mould you as you should be. He has been more than enough even through the toughest time of my life. You will have so much of Love, Peace & Joy. Enjoy a good life.

Now that I am saved what should I do?
I encourage you to , read bible daily and go to a good Jesus based church near your place. Speak to the priest in charge of the Church and get baptized. Being baptized is a sign of your death to the past and your new life in Christ. pray to Jesus and ask Him to help you, Jesus will lead you. He took me to the right Church in my area and got me baptized and also is educating me frequently in His ways.
For anything & everything pray to Jesus He will answer your prayers.

Google to find a good Bible based Church, I would suggest an Assembly of God Church (A.G Church) near your place or for online Church timings visit page for your time.

Lose Salvation - Can a saved person lose his salvation?

After accepting Jesus Christ as your savior and receiving forgiveness of sins if a man falls back to his sin, unless that person truly repents and receive forgiveness for his sins from God again, he will lose his salvation.
However once saved you cannot sin easily because the spirit of God in you the "Holy Spirit" who comes in us when we accept Jesus Christ as our savior and get baptized will clearly advice & warn us to not do that sin. So a saved person has to intentionally force himself to sin knowingly, which is not good. Hence as he has intentionally sinned he has to repent sincerely again and strive to get his sins forgiven by the Lord and regain his salvation.

How to guard our salvation

Once saved it's wise & safe to stay away from sinful thoughts & sinning totally but if the sinful thought or desire comes in immediately pray to Jesus Christ to set you free from the sinful thoughts. Jesus will surely set you free, that's how I protect myself. Weed out the sinful thoughts as soon as possible and never play around with the thoughts it's the evil one is cunning & an expert in this, he is trying all his best to win us back to his eternal destruction. As we are saved you can also bind the evil thoughts & the spirits that bring in these thoughts in the name of Jesus Christ. So that you will not sin and can retain your salvation till the end easily.

Enjoy a happy life. May God Bless You more & more.
